  • Please observe check out times to ensure the cleaning crew has time to clean for incoming guests.
  • Failure to vacate the home at the agreed upon time will result in a fee of $50 per 30 minutes.

Parking Information

  • PARKING:
    • Maximum 4 vehicles.
    • This is a shared parking area. Please park only in front of the blue house and do not block entry/exit from the green house next door.

Policies and Rules

  • NO PARTIES:
    • All outdoor activities shall cease at 10pm. Any indoor activity after 10pm must be kept at a lower volume.

Property Access and Security

  • There is a security camera on the front porch displaying the front porch and driveway.
  • There is a camera located on the back deck that shows activity on the deck and in the backyard.

Pet Policies and Fees

  • DOG POLICIES:
    • The property owners assume no liability for incidents involving dogs on the property.
    • Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for excessive cleaning related to dogs in the house; any damages will be taken from the security deposit.
    • Dogs are allowed with a one-time fee of $30/dog. Maximum of 3 dogs.
    • Fee will be collected after check-in via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.
    • One third of all pet fees goes to The Asheville Humane Society.
